Unfortunately this is what happens when one is dependent upon the government to live. There is no value in one's self or another's. When one does not earn their own income they do not develop that self worth or accomplishment. In stead they become like animals waiting for the next time to be fed (welfare check) Real black leadership needs to step up and show those in the inner cities the right way. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are a major problem why we are seeing the downward spiral in inner cities.
